If you’re not seeing smoother, more radiant skin — or if our product simply isn’t the right fit — just reach out within 100 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.


Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return:

  • You must request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.

  • Your item must be in its original condition or lightly used (we want you to try it!).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Note: To help us improve, we may request a brief explanation or photo before approving your return.


How Do Returns Work?

  1. Email us at support@valariparis.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

  3. You may be asked to ship the item back to our U.S. return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing.


Do You Cover Return Shipping?

We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — including international returns from Europe or other countries outside the U.S.

For EU customers, return shipping costs vary depending on location and courier, but typically range from €10 to €25 EUR when sending a standard tracked parcel to the U.S. We do not reimburse these costs at this time.

We’re working on adding prepaid return options in the future to make this process even easier.


Important Notes

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.

  • We are not responsible for items returned without authorization.

  • Refunds are only issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Final sale items and used products returned after the 100‑day window are not eligible for refund.

  • You may be asked to ship the item back to our U.S. returns center for inspection before a refund is issued.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement — no return needed in most cases.
